Massage is one of the most ancient healing arts. There are many different methods all over the world which in their essence all share the same intention of bringing mind, body and soul into balance and supporting the human self-healing capacity. A massage is an effective and gentle technique to release tension in the body, stimulate blood and lymph circulation, calm the mind, refresh the soul and support the subconscious while it processes experiences and impressions. Body Awareness exercises help calm our racing thoughts, reconnect our mind and body and release stress.
In this workshop you will learn basic massage techniques to apply on friends, family and yourself. Furthermore we will share simple and effective exercises that help reduce stress and anxiety, calm the mind and improve your concentration.
*Please bring your mat, towel or blanket and comfortable clothes and mask.
*We recommend not to take in a heavy meal before this workshop.
